Matchbox in Chinatown DC.
After we hit the mall in DC we invariably stop at Matchbox for some outstanding food. We always try to get there a little after the normal rush times of lunch and dinner. Even so, expect some wait time. We LOVE the 3-6-9 mini burgers . . . brioche buns, angus beef and unreal onion strings, whoa. (3-6-9 is how they come, you can get any multiple of 3) The girls love the mini’s. Pizza is superb, we “create our own” with zesty tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil. Don’t miss the apple/pear salad, it’s fresh and delicious every time.
Parking can be a little vexing. In fact, our car caught a nice little bash on the rear bumper. It was a hit and run but some good citizens saw the whole enchilada and left a note with just the facts ma’am, just the facts. You can’t lose at Matchbox . . . ooohh those onion stringies.
Under “Settings” tab in the admin control panel, click on the “Discussion” heading. Scroll all the way to the ‘Avatar’(bottom of the page) subheading. Beside where it says “Avatar Display”, select “Don’t show Avatars”. Now, re-enable the Gravatar plugin. The problem was that it loads the avatar twice, because Wordpress has limited functionality with Gravatars and it has to be disabled if you are going to use this Gravatar plugin. :)
Sorry for posting it as a comment to something completely unrelated. I take no offense if you wish to delete this post afterwards! I didn’t feel like creating an account on that other website to answer your question concerning this. I found it while trying to find a solution for my own problem with the same plugin.
By the way, what type of bun is a ‘brioche’? Is that the buns in the picture?

Thanks for the Gravatar tip, I was able to work it out. Brioche is a French bread that is fairly rich and sweet. They toast it at Matchbox and it goes very well with hamburgers. And yes, it is the ones pictured.
